Orders and delivery
Our watches are assembled in our Paris workshop. Allow 1 to 3 weeks for delivery, by tracked parcel.
You have 14 days to return your watch if it is not right for you. The refund is issued as soon as we receive it.
Simply go to the "Create my watch" page and submit your application.
You can pay by bank card, PayPal, Revolut, Apple Pay and other secure methods.
We deliver throughout Europe.


Every SmodParis watch arrives complete, ready to wear or to give. You receive your watch in its SmodParis presentation box, with its personalised warranty card. An adjustment kit is also included: a link removal tool and a screwdriver, so you can size your bracelet yourself.

Every watch is shipped from Paris by tracked and insured parcel, and delivered in 1 to 3 weeks. Delivery is free in mainland France. A tracking email is sent to you as soon as your order ships.

Our watches are hand-assembled in Paris and guaranteed for 2 years on the movement and assembly. If there is a problem, we take care of servicing or replacing the parts concerned.

You can pay for your purchases by credit card, PayPal or Apple Pay. All payment options are 100% secure, giving you peace of mind during your transactions.
